License

The Parker Centre hereby grants access to this Database to employees of companies sponsoring AMIRA Project P420A (Customer). Access to this Database is not limited to any site or location. Only CURRENT EMPLOYEES of sponsoring companies and staff of the Parker Centre may access this Database.

The level of security clearance given to users of this site is at the discretion of the Parker Centre.

Permission to access this site by any individual may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the Parker Centre.

If a user ceases to be an employee of a Customer, they must immediately cease use of the Database and inform the Database administrator.

Proprietary Rights in the Database

The Customer acknowledges that the Database is proprietary to the Parker Centre, that the Database shall remain the exclusive property of the Parker Centre, and that the Customer has no rights therein other than as set forth herein. The Database is copyrighted by the Parker Centre, and all rights are reserved. The Customer shall not duplicate, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise make available the Database or information contained therein, in any form or medium, to any third party.

No Warranties

The Parker Centre is providing the Database in an "as is" condition. The Parker Centre does not warrant, guarantee, or makes any representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, correctness, reliability, currency or otherwise, of the Database or the use or results to be obtained from using the Database or the information contained therein, or any related documentation or written materials.

THE PARKER CENTRE DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE DATABASE, AND, IN PARTICULAR, DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE DATABASE.

Limitation of Liability

The Parker Centre will not be liable for any loss or damage, including lost profits, loss of use, or incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, caused to any person as a result of the use of the Database or the information contained therein regardless of whether the possibility of such damages was foreseeable.

Access and Use

The Database will be available for use 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parker Centre reserves the right to shut down the Database to resolve any technical issues that may arise.

System Requirements

The Customer acknowledges that there are certain system requirements that are necessary in order to use the Database, and the Customer is financially and technically responsible for ensuring that these requirements are met. These system requirements are (a) full access to the Internet and (b) a World Wide Web browser. It is recommended that you always use the latest version of your selected Web browser to ensure that you are able to make use of all the functionality available on this site.

Some of the advanced functionality of this site is only available to users of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Thus, we recommend that Internet Explorer is used when browsing this site.

Force Majeure

The Parker Centre shall not be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, in whole or in part, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the Centre’s control.
